The DCU Center will host the 18th Annual Northeast Buildings & Facilities Management Trade Show and Conference on Tuesday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

NEBFM2024 will feature over 240 companies displaying products and services necessary for the operation, management, maintenance and renovation of buildings and facilities in the Northeast of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Delaware.

Running concurrently with the trade show is an educational conference featuring 24 individual one-hour talks covering a wide range of topics including: LEED, Green, Sustainability, Energy, Building Commissioning, Facility Maintenance, Construction and Renovation Planning.
