Tickets for most events held at the DCU Center are available through Ticketmaster and the DCU Center Box Office. Tickets may be purchased in-person at the DCU Center Arena Box Office located at 50 Foster Street at the corner of Foster Street and Major Taylor Boulevard. Tickets purchased at the DCU Center are not subject to Ticketmaster convenience and/or handling charges. Please note that a facility fee is charged to each ticket purchased to the DCU Center and varies between $3.00 and $5.00, depending on the type of event.
DCU Center Box Office Summer Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:00AM to 4:00PM*
Saturday and Sunday: Closed but open event days ONLY. The Box Office will open at 12:00PM or 3 hours prior to event (whichever is earlier).*
* Please note that the Box Office will remain open if there is an event scheduled until half-way through the event.

Any ticket that requires a refund due to postponement or cancellation needs to be returned to the point of purchase. Ticket availability for all events is not answered via email. Further information on ticket availability can be found through Ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster:
Tickets for most events held at the DCU Center are available through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster has discontinued the ability to charge by phone but you can still purchase tickets online and at the DCU Center Box Office. Please note that tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are subject to a non-refundable convenience and/or handling charge. For Ticketmaster Customer Service, please call 800-653-8000.
Payment at the DCU Center Box Office:
Payment accepted at the DCU Center Box Office includes: cash, traveler's checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We now accept Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay. Personal and company checks are not accepted. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on previously purchased tickets.

Children’s Polices:
For most events held in the Arena, children 2 and under do not require a ticket, provided they sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap and do not occupy a seat throughout the performance. Guests with children who require strollers are welcome to attend all events at the DCU Center. All main entrances are available for access (Doors 10, 11, and 13 of the arena and Doors 1 and 2 of the convention center). Door 13, the ADA entrance, for the arena may also be used if you so desire. Please note that strollers are not allowed in the interior arena bowl or permitted in aisles, stairwells, or exits. Diaper bags exceeding 8 x 10 inches are permitted into the arena and convention center but are subject to additional search procedures.
Will Call:
If you have purchased tickets over the online and have tickets waiting for you at the Will-Call window please:
Will-Call tickets are available for pick-up two hours prior to the event time at the Will-Call window, which will be labeled with a sign. Tickets will only be released to the person who's name appears on the order. If you need to add a name to a Ticketmaster order please contact their Customer Service Department at 800-653-8000. For all other orders please contact the person/party from whom you are receiving your tickets.
