Tickets may be purchased in-person at the DCU Center Arena Box Office. The DCU Center Arena Box Office is located at 50 Foster Street at the corner of Foster Street and Major Taylor Boulevard.

Monday: Open during events only.

Tuesday - Friday: 10:00AM to 5:00PM* 

Saturday: 10:00AM to 2:00PM*

Sunday: Open during events only.

* Please note that the Box Office will remain open if there is an event scheduled until half-way through the event.

Any tickets that require a refund due to a cancelled event need to be returned to the point of purchase.Ticket availability for all events is not answered through this section. Ticketmaster:

Tickets for most events held at the DCU Center are available through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster has discontinued the ability to charge by phone but you can still purchase tickets online and at the DCU Center Box Office. Please note that tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are subject to a non-refundable convenience and/or handling charge. Payment at the DCU Center Box Office:

Payment accepted at the DCU Center Box Office includes: cash, traveler's checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We now accept Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay. Personal and company checks are not accepted. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on previously purchased tickets.

Will Call:

If you have purchased tickets over the online and have tickets waiting for you at the Will-Call window please:

  • Present your state or federally issued I.D. - such as a driver's license.
  • Present your Ticketmaster confirmation number, if applicable.
  • Present the credit card that was used to make the purchase, if applicable.
  • Present any paperwork or contact name/party associated with your tickets, if applicable.

Will-Call tickets are available for pick-up two hours prior to the event time at the Will-Call window, which will be labeled with a sign. Tickets will only be released to the person who's name appears on the order. If you need to add a name to a Ticketmaster order please contact their Customer Service Department at 800-653-8000. For all other orders please contact the person/party from whom you are receiving your tickets.
