To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests attending events at the DCU Center, event attendees may be subject to a search upon entering the facility. Please note that guests with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances.
MASKS REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS
Per the City of Worcester, a mask mandate is in effect at all common and public indoor areas throughout the city. This includes all events at the DCU Center. A face covering must always be worn by guests, aged five years and older, in all areas of the Arena or Convention Center except while actively eating or drinking. WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after using the restroom, before eating and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. Hand sanitizer will be widely available throughout the DCU Center thanks to our partner, Health New England.
VENUESHIELD CLEANING PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE
For the safety of all employees and patrons, the DCU Center has VenueShield and high cleaning protocols in place. Prior, during, and after each event the facility is cleaned using trusted products and methods.
MAINTAIN PHYSICAL DISTANCE
DCU Center guests are required to practice physical distancing inside and outside of the venue, on our walk way plaza, and while standing in line for entry. Physical distancing signage will be presented in high traffic areas.
A NOTE ON COVID-19 RISK:
Despite the protocols and requirements that we have put in place, no precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19.Traveling to and from, visiting, and/or providing services in and around the arena may lead to a risk of exposure to COVID-19.
COVID-19 is highly contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are present. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness and death. While people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and underlying medical conditions.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE.
There is no outside food or beverages allowed inside the DCU Center. This is strictly enforced. We will have concession stands open with options for your indulgence.
NO BAG POLICY.
Small wristlets of a MAXIMUM SIZE of 5x7 inches will be permitted. Medical bags & diaper bags will be allowed and will be checked prior to entry. All other bags such as cross body, larger totes, back packs, duffle bags, etc. will NOT be permitted for public, ticketed events (such as sports games, concerts, children's shows)
MOBILE FRIENDLY OPTIONS
Tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.com are easily accessed through the app.
Download Ticketmaster to your phone prior to the event, and then sign in, and your tickets will download to your wallet. Having this ready upon entering will ensure a smooth and contact less entrance process.
Ticketed seats will be sold in pods of 2 and 4, and physically distanced at least 6 feet between groups.
USE DESIGNATED ENTRANCES
Please check your ticket & our social media 24 hours prior to the event you are attending. Door options may change based on social distancing guidelines per event. Please maintain your distance from other patrons while waiting in line to pass through security.
ARE PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS ALLOWED?
Cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed. Only approved media may bring in large scale cameras. Photography/ Videography on your cellphone is permitted.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PROHIBITED
Prohibited items include items which could be used as a weapon, unlawful substances, bottles or cans, helium balloons, laser pens, backpacks, knapsacks, luggage, coolers, parcels, briefcases, tablets and like articles.
METAL DETECTOR USE
Security Screening (walk-through metal detector or security wand) will be conducted for public Arena events. If deemed necessary, pat downs may be conducted. Patrons should plan to arrive earlier than normal, with their ticket and limited belongings, to allow for this enhanced security process.
No refunds or exchanged. Patrons are not allowed to exit and re-enter the facility during events.
IS THERE A SMOKING SECTION?
No, there is no smoking section or smoking-entry while attending an event. Use of smoking inside the facility is NOT allowed – including Juuls & Vapes.
