Event Times
- Arrive early to allow extra time for traffic, parking, and security screening. Grab a bite at a local restaurant before heading in.
- Doors: 6:30 PM
- Show: 7:45 PM
Directions
- The DCU Center Arena is located at 50 Foster Street, Worcester, MA.
Parking
- Several parking garages and lots are adjacent to the DCU Center, including the Mercantile Center Garage and the Major Taylor Boulevard Garage.
Tickets
- All tickets are AXS Mobile ID only and are non‑transferable. Please be sure to download the AXS app prior to arriving at the facility, and log into your account to access your tickets. You will not be able to transfer tickets to someone else for this show. Please plan ahead — your entire party must enter the venue together.
Venue Entry & Screening
- All guests are subject to a full pat‑down including walk‑through metal detectors and/or screening via magnetometer or security wand upon entry.
Non‑Permitted Items:
- Audio or video recording devices; professional cameras with detachable lenses.
- iPads, tablets, GoPros, and selfie sticks.
- Weapons of any kind, including mace/pepper spray, knives, firearms.
- Glass, cans, outside food & beverage, bottles of any type.
- Fireworks, laser pens/pointers, noisemakers.
- Signs/poster boards.
- Wallet chains.
- Backpacks, briefcases, duffle bags, knapsacks, luggage, parcels.
- Balloons.
- Coolers, ice chests, bottles, cans, cups (or any container)
- Laser pointers and noisemakers.
- Non‑retractable/collapsible umbrellas
- Weapons of any kind, including pocketknives, multi‑tools, and mace.
Bag Policy
- Small purses/bags up to 8" × 10" are permitted. Anything larger is not allowed. Medical and diaper bags are permitted and will be searched prior to entry.
Apparel
- Face coverings are prohibited (medical‑grade masks such as KN95 are allowed). Clothing or accessories with chains, spikes, or large metal features are not permitted. Small chain details may be allowed at security’s discretion.
ADA Entrance
- Guests with accessibility needs may use Door 13, our ADA-designated entrance. Guests with accessibility needs who have G.A/Pit tickets will receive wristbands upon ticket scan.
G.A./ Pit Entrance
- Guests with General Admission Floor/Pit tickets must enter through Door 18. Please have your mobile ticket ready for scanning. Guests may arrive any time prior to the show to line up at Door 18.
DCU Member Entrance
- DCU members and their guests may enter the facility through the exclusive DCU Member Entrance at Door 10 – located near the Box Office. Show your DCU debit/credit card or the DCU mobile app. Members may be randomly selected for seat upgrades or concession vouchers. If you have General Admission Floor/Pit tickets and are a DCU member, wristbands will be issued at this entrance for floor access.
Commuter Rail Railyard / Suite Entrance
- Guests that have purchased tickets to the Commuter Rail Railyard or who have suite tickets may enter Door 2 of the convention center (across from St. Vincent Emergency Room entrance on Major Taylor Boulevard). Please have your event ticket and/or Commuter Rail Railyard ticket. Guests with G.A/Pit tickets will receive wristbands at check-in.
Merchandise
- Multiple stands will be located throughout the arena concourse once doors open.
- An outdoor merch stand on the main walkway opens at 2:00 PM. Guests may shop before doors and bring purchases back to vehicles.
Food & Beverage
- No outside food or beverage is permitted. Concession stands are cashless; the North Grandstand stand (across from Section 123) accepts cash.
