The DCU Center will host the 2024 Worcester Women's Leadership Conference brought to you by the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 2, 2024 in the Convention Center. Guests should enter Door 1 or Door 2 of the Convention Center.

This one-day leadership conference attracts upwards of 700 attendees, primarily female professionals. The conference is designed to offer attendees incredible opportunities for business networking, professional development, and personal growth.  This is achieved by bringing women together to learn and address issues that are important to both their personal life and professional career.
