For the sixth time in league history, PBR’s (Professional Bull Riders) Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour will return to Worcester, MA, with the Worcester Rumble slated to buck into DCU Center on Saturday, February 26, 2022 for one show only at 7pm.
Among the contenders hoping for great success at the Worcester Rumble is Conner Halverson. The soft-spoken 20-year old and Nebraska-native is a burgeoning star amongst PBR’s elite ranks. A two-time high school state bull riding champion and accomplished scholastic wrestler, Havlerson took his professional career to new heights in 2021, earning his first event wins with the PBR and qualifying to his first PBR World Finals.
Thus far in 2022, Halverson’s natural-aptitude for the sport has once again set him up with early season success. The past two weekends, Halverson finished inside the Top 15 in Velocity Tour competition. After riding to a fourth-place finish in North Charleston, South Carolina, Halverson was 12th this past weekend in Memphis, Tennessee.
