POSITION: Human Resources Generalist
REPORTS TO: General Manager/Director of Facility Accounting
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
SMG, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Human Resources Generalist at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts 01608. Perform all aspects of Human Resource Operations, as well as administration and maintenance of all Facility Benefit Programs, consistent with SMG policies by performing the following duties.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient In Word and Excel. Experience with ADP or HRIS software payroll systems is desirable.
Irregular hours and minimal land and/or air travel may be required.
