Tickets for most events held at the DCU Center are available through Ticketmaster. There are three convenient ways to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster:

The DCU Center Box Office is located at 50 Foster Street (corner of Foster Street & Major Taylor Boulevard). Hours of Operation are:
In-Season Hours
Monday - Saturday 9:30AM to 5:30PM
Sunday 12:00 Noon (event days only)
Summer Hours
Monday - Friday 10:00AM to 5:00PM
Saturday 10:00AM to 2:00PM
Sunday 12:00 Noon (event days only)
Payment accepted at the Box Office includes: cash, traveler's checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal and company checks are not accepted.

Will Call
If you have purchased tickets over the phone or online and have tickets waiting for you at the Will-Call window please:
- Present your state or federally issued I.D. - such as a driver's license.
- Present your Ticketmaster confirmation number, if applicable.
- Present the credit card that was used to make the purchase, if applicable.
- Present any paperwork or contact name/party associated with your tickets, if applicable.
Will-Call tickets are available for pick-up TWO HOURS prior to the event time at the Will-Call window, which will be labeled with a sign. Tickets will only be released to the person who's name appears on the order. If you need to add a name to a Ticketmaster order please contact their customer service department at 617-931-2037. For all other orders please contact the person/party from whom you are receiving your tickets.

Group Sales
The DCU Center Group Services Department offers an excellent opportunity to treat your group to the finest entertainment at New England's premier sports and entertainment facility. Any social, civic, business, scout, school, professional or family group can take advantage of a number of discounted events scheduled throughout the season. The Group Sales Department handles all details from ticketing to special seating as well as pre/post event parties, luncheons and so much more!
Generally a group is considered 15-20 guests. As a group attending selected events at DCU Center, you may be entitled to the following:
- Special discounted tickets!
- Pre-order tickets prior to the general public!
- No deposit required!
- No per ticket service charge!
- Exclusive group merchandise and promotions!
