No, the Box Office only sells tickets for DCU Center events.

All tickets are subject to applicable handling, convenience and facility fees that vary dependant upon event.

Q. Can I bring food or beverages into the DCU Center?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the DCU Center.
Q. Do I need to buy a ticket for a child who is two (2) years old?
It is a DCU Center policy that children UNDER two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for events as long as they sit on a lap unless specified by an event.
Q. What time do doors open prior to an event in the Arena?
For most Arena events, doors will open to the public one (1) hour prior to the event.
Q. I was curious if a particular artist will be performing at the DCU Center. Can you please tell me if they're scheduled or not?
If the event isn't on our Event Calendar, then it is not scheduled or confirmed at this time.
Q. What is your weather policy?
Concerts and events at the DCU Center usually occur despite various weather conditions in the region. Unless a concert is cancelled or postponed, there will be no refunds or exchanges available for unused tickets. On the rare occasion that an event cannot take place, specific information will be posted on our web site at dcucenter.com and will be provided to local media as available. In addition, you may contact our offices at 508-755-6800.
Q. Can I bring a still or video camera into the DCU Center?
The camera policy varies dependent upon each event. Generally, small digital point and shoot cameras are acceptable. To find out about the camera policy for the show you are attending, please call our main line at 508-755-6800 one to two days before the event. Cameras with detachable lenses, and video and audio recording devices are strictly prohibited from the facility at all times.
Q. How can I rent the DCU Center for a corporate or private function?
You may contact our Sales Department to inquire about renting space for your function by calling 508-755-6800, ext. 2124; or fill out our Submit RFP form to request specific information.

Q. What is DCU?
DCU (Digital Federal Credit Union) is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by and operated for its members. DCU was chartered in October of 1979.
