Tickets for most events may be purchased in-person at the DCU Center Box Office or various ways through Ticketmaster. We've listed your options for purchasing tickets below.
Box Office
Tickets may be purchased in-person at the DCU Center Box Office. The DCU Center Box Office is located at 50 Foster Street (corner of Foster Street & Major Taylor Boulevard). Hours of Operation are:
In-Season Hours (Tuesday after Labor Day - Sunday prior to Memorial Day)
Monday - Saturday: 9:30AM to 5:30PM
Sunday: Open on event days only
Summer Hours (Tuesday after Memorial Day - Sunday prior to Labor Day)
Monday - Friday: 10:00AM to 5:30PM
Saturday & Sunday: Open on event days only
Box Office hours are subject to change to accommodate event schedules.
Payment accepted at the Box Office includes: cash, traveler's checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal and company checks are not accepted.
Accessible Orders

WILL CALL
If you have purchased tickets over the phone or online and have tickets waiting for you at the Will-Call window please:
* Present your state or federally issued I.D. - such as a driver's license.
* Present your Ticketmaster confirmation number, if applicable.
* Present the credit card that was used to make the purchase, if applicable.
* Present any paperwork or contact name/party associated with your tickets, if applicable.
Will-Call tickets are available for pick-up TWO HOURS prior to the event time at the Will-Call window, which will be labeled with a sign. Tickets will only be released to the person who's name appears on the order. If you need to add a name to a Ticketmaster order please contact their customer service department at 800-653-8000. For all other orders please contact the person/party from whom you are receiving your tickets.

The DCU Center accepts the WOO Card! If you're a WOO Card holder, you can use your card at the Box Office to earn WOO points and to receive discounts on select events.
